Responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with experts around the company to architect next generation entertainment services - Designing and writing core Xbox LIVE services - Working with client development teams to help build end-to-end consumer experiences - Working with network operations team to ensure we have the right tools to manage the service The ideal candidate will : - Be a driven self-starter who understands the importance of collaboration - Have a BS or MS in Computer Science - Have 8+ years experience in C, C++ or C# - Have 5+ years experience with large scale storage or database solutions - Have 5+ years experience in building, testing, stressing and deploying large scale distributed, highly available services - Fundamentally believe that a developer is responsible for the quality of their code - Have great presentation and communication skills - Be passionate about movies, gaming, social media - Want to change the way we consume entertainment
